speed of living is changing, and we are all feeling
these effects on some level or another.
While there is much fear, chaos and uncertainty,
it is actually an exciting time of inspiring and
empowering opportunity just waiting to be seized.
Transformation
always surfaces unconsciously at first, as a profound
sense of restlessness.

We give a special rate for the weekend to those
who are booking to do both the weekend workshop

PRICE:
£595 includes the course and all meals and
accommodation in an ensuite room sharing with
one other. There are a small number of single
rooms available. Single room supplement £125
payable at the time of booking. Please check availability
first.
Buckland
Hall is a large comfortable Listed Hall in the
lovely Brecon Beacons in Southern Wales. It is
situated between Abergavenny and Brecon and is
easily accessed from the M5/M50 and has good rail
links to Abergavenny. Their website has a very

This
is the only retreat course Vernon will be doing
in the UK this year. We have a lot of interest
in the course so if you are interested in attending
