VERNON
FROST
Vernon is an international teacher of metaphysics, healing
and esoteric principles.
I
have had some wonderful teachers and Vernon is one of my
favourites. He was working mainly in Turkey and elsewhere
when we met. I had personally shifted so much in doing his
workshops and enjoyed them so much that I was moved to persuade
him to come to the UK more. His workshops are powerful,
moving and great fun. They are real adventures in consciousness.
Many people describe them as life changing experiences….
and we have lots of laughs too.
